When you request a visibility check, discovery call or other information, we receive the details you submit: your name, email address, business name, selected service and message, plus your website and phone number if provided. We use these details to respond, assess your request, prepare a proposal and manage our correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, medical information or confidential customer records through an enquiry form.

Website operation and service providers

Our website hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website. We use WordPress on Namecheap EasyWP and Namecheap Private Email to operate the site and handle enquiry notifications and correspondence. Providers supporting these functions process information as needed to deliver their services. Our business operates in the United States; information may be processed outside your state, province or country, where privacy laws may differ.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process or to protect rights and address fraud or security incidents. Links to independent websites are governed by their own privacy notices.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on enquiry forms to help distinguish people from automated spam. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for this security check. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. If the check prevents you from sending an enquiry, contact us by email or phone.

Cookies and browser controls

WordPress and supporting services can use cookies or similar browser storage for functions such as sign-in, preferences and security. You can review or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may prevent some functions from working. Enquiries are not marketing subscriptions

Submitting an enquiry allows us to respond to that request. It does not enroll you in a marketing email list or provide consent for marketing texts, automated calls, call recording or transcription. Tell us if you no longer want follow-up about your enquiry.

AI services, SMS, recordings and payments

The public website describes services that may be configured separately for a client. Its enquiry forms do not activate an AI employee, connect your business systems, record an interview or take a payment. SMS, call recording and transcription are planned features for new offerings. Stripe is the planned online payment provider. Before a feature is enabled, its service-specific terms and privacy information must explain the relevant providers, information collected, permitted uses, retention and applicable consent choices. Do not submit card details through our contact form. A separate client agreement governs any commissioned work and processing of client business data.

Retention and security

Enquiry messages become business correspondence in our email systems and may also be present in operational logs or backups. Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence, an ongoing engagement, legal obligations and dispute or security needs. Contact us to ask about a specific record or request deletion. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests
